🎉💙 Celebrating Our Retiring Mustang Legends! 💙🎉 This past Friday, we had the bittersweet honor of sending two incredible teachers, Lee Barton and Heather Pratz, off into their well-deserved retirement. We celebrated their last day with love, gratitude, and plenty of sweets to mark the occasion. Both Lee and Heather have been pillars of our Mustang family, dedicating their energy, passion, and heart to shaping the lives of our students and strengthening our school community. 🍴🚚 Celebrating Our 11th Grade Business Students and the Food Truck Experience! 🚚🍴 After a year of hard work learning about food trucks and business management, our select group of 11th grade business students took their skills to the next level in the third installation of the Food Truck Experience! Partnered with SFE, these students produced a full meal based on their innovative food truck concepts developed right in the classroom. Building on their understanding of the food truck model and menu creation, the students saw everything come together in a hands-on, exciting way. They not only had fun but also gained valuable insights into food preparation, sales, and customer service—skills that will serve them well on their future journeys.
