Students from Ramah, Tohatchi, and Miyamura High Schools had a hands-on experience with our SFE Food Trucks! They brought their food truck business ideas to life—creating flyers, business cards, promotional materials, commercials, and sales pitches. Each group also built out their own menus and prepared delicious appetizers and entrées. To top it off, local food truck owners joined the event to share their expertise and offer valuable tips to the students. It was an inspiring day of creativity, teamwork, and real-world learning!

Jaidyn has big plans to attend New Mexico State University (NMSU) in the fall semester of 2025, where she will pursue a career as a Registered Nurse. Outside of her academic achievements, Jaidyn enjoys taking her dogs for walks and excels as the captain of both the volleyball and basketball teams.
